Average Delivery Times
We aim for the best price-quality ratio of our products. Therefore, we choose to ship the products directly from the supplier.

This allows us to save significantly on transportation, storage, packaging, and shipping costs and offer the products at better price for our customers.

Each order is processed within 2 - 3 business days, and the average delivery time is 8-15 business days. Processed orders can not be canceled.

Important Notice:

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, some deliveries to certain regions in Canada may be delayed beyond our usual shipping timeframes. While the strike is currently being resolved, there may still be disruptions affecting delivery times for specific addresses.

Please note the following:

  • Orders placed from Friday afternoon through Monday morning will be processed starting Monday.
  • We are working diligently to minimize delays and ensure all orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
  • Customers will receive tracking information to monitor the status of their shipments.

Important Notice

Please note that due to our factory closures from January 20 to February 7, orders placed during this period will experience delays:

  • All orders placed between January 20 and February 7 will be processed starting February 7 and are expected to be delivered by the end of February.
  • Orders placed between January 27 and February 
    7     will be processed starting February 7.
  • Orders placed before January 20: While these orders were processed, some could not be shipped before the factory closure. These will be shipped starting February 7 and are expected to arrive by the end of February.

We sincerely apologize for these delays and understand the inconvenience this may cause. Our team is committed to ensuring that all delayed orders are shipped as soon as possible after the factory reopens.
